Manage follow-ups and to-dos within the CRM.

Creating CRM Tasks

CRM tasks are separate from relay tasks and are designed for sales and follow-up activities. To create a CRM task:

  1. Go to CRM > Tasks.
  2. Click Add Task.
  3. Enter the task title, description, type (To Do, Call, Email, Meeting, Showing, Follow Up, Other), and priority (Low, Medium, High, Urgent).
  4. Set a due date and time.
  5. Optionally assign the task to a contact or deal.

Task Filters

Filter your CRM tasks by status: All, Today, Upcoming, Overdue, or Completed. Overdue tasks are highlighted in red so you never miss a follow-up.
