Kanban Pipeline View

The Pipeline page shows your deals as cards on a Kanban board with nine stages:

  1. New Lead
  2. Contacted
  3. Qualified
  4. Showing
  5. Offer Made
  6. Under Contract
  7. Pending
  8. Closed Won
  9. Closed Lost

Drag and drop deal cards between stages to update their status as they progress.

Creating a Deal

Click Add Deal to create a new pipeline deal. Enter the deal name, type (Buyer, Seller, Landlord, Tenant, Referral, Other), associated contact, value, commission rate, expected close date, and probability. The expected commission is automatically calculated based on the deal value and commission rate.
