What is the CRM?

CloseRelay includes a built-in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system designed specifically for real estate professionals. It helps you track leads, manage contacts, visualize your sales pipeline, manage properties, and stay on top of follow-up tasks — all without leaving CloseRelay.

CRM Dashboard

The CRM Overview page shows key metrics at a glance:

  • Total Contacts — Your total CRM contact count.
  • New Leads This Month — Contacts added this month.
  • Active Deals — Number of deals in your pipeline.
  • Total Pipeline Value — Sum of all active deal values.
  • Expected Commission — Total expected commission across active deals.
  • Closed Deals This Month — Deals closed in the current month.
  • Tasks Due Today — CRM tasks due today.
  • Overdue Tasks — Tasks past their due date.
