What is the CRM?
CloseRelay includes a built-in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system designed specifically for real estate professionals. It helps you track leads, manage contacts, visualize your sales pipeline, manage properties, and stay on top of follow-up tasks — all without leaving CloseRelay.
CRM Dashboard
The CRM Overview page shows key metrics at a glance:
- Total Contacts — Your total CRM contact count.
- New Leads This Month — Contacts added this month.
- Active Deals — Number of deals in your pipeline.
- Total Pipeline Value — Sum of all active deal values.
- Expected Commission — Total expected commission across active deals.
- Closed Deals This Month — Deals closed in the current month.
- Tasks Due Today — CRM tasks due today.
- Overdue Tasks — Tasks past their due date.
