Document Templates
Save and reuse document templates across relays.
What are Document Templates?
Document templates are reusable PDF files that you can add to any relay. Instead of uploading the same contract or form every time, save it as a template and add it with one click. Templates are perfect for:
- Standard purchase agreements
- Disclosure forms
- Lease agreements
- Addendums
- Any document you use regularly
Uploading Templates
To upload a document template:
- Go to Templates in the sidebar.
- Select a folder or create a new one.
- Click Upload and select your PDF file.
- The template is now available to add to any relay.
Using Templates in Relays
To add a template to a relay, go to the relay Documents tab and click Add from Templates. Browse your template library and select the templates you want to add. Each template is copied into the relay as a new document, ready for you to place signature fields and send for signing.
