Property Management
The Properties section lets you track real estate properties independently from relays. This is useful for tracking listings, prospecting properties, or maintaining a property database. Each property record includes:
- Full address (street, unit, city, state, ZIP)
- Property type (Single Family, Condo/Co-op, Townhouse, Multi-Family, Land/Lot, Commercial, Other)
- Status (Active, Pending, Sold, Off Market, Coming Soon, Withdrawn)
- Pricing (list price, sale price)
- Property details (beds, baths, sq ft, lot size, year built)
- MLS number and key dates
