Closing Progress Tracking
Track how close a transaction is to its closing date with the progress bar.
Progress Bar
Each relay card displays a linear progress bar showing how far along the transaction is toward its closing date. The bar calculates the percentage of time elapsed between the contract date and the closing date.
- Blue — On track, more than 7 days until closing.
- Amber — Getting close, 3-7 days until closing.
- Red — Urgent, less than 3 days until closing.
- Green badge — Transaction is closed (Sold, Leased, or Occupied).
Setting the Closing Date
To see the progress bar, you need to set both a contract date and a closing date. Click the Set Closing button on the relay card, or go to the Details tab and fill in the contract and closing date fields.
Tip: Setting your closing date early helps you and your team stay on track throughout the transaction.
