  • Use templates — Save your most common task lists as templates and apply them to new relays to save time.
  • Set due dates — Always set due dates on important tasks so they appear in your Today and Upcoming filters.
  • Check the master list daily — Start each day by reviewing the Tasks page to see what is due today and what is overdue.
  • Break large tasks into smaller steps — Create separate tasks for each step instead of one big task.
  • Use multiple task lists — Organize tasks by category (e.g., one list for documents needed, another for inspections, another for closing prep).
