Relay Task Lists

Create and manage task lists within your relays.

Creating Task Lists

Each relay can have multiple task lists. To create a task list:

  1. Open a relay and go to the Tasks tab.
  2. Click Add Task List.
  3. Give the list a name (e.g., "Pre-Closing Checklist").
  4. Add tasks by typing in the task name and pressing Enter.

Managing Tasks

Each task in a list supports:

  • Completion — Click the checkbox to mark a task as complete or incomplete.
  • Due Date — Set a due date to track deadlines.
  • Description — Add additional details or notes.
  • Assignment — Assign tasks to people in the relay.
  • Reordering — Drag and drop to change the task order.
  • Deletion — Remove tasks you no longer need.

Filtering Tasks

Filter relay tasks by status: All, Active (incomplete), Overdue (past due date), or Completed. Sort tasks by due date, name, or creation date.
