Available Plans
CloseRelay offers two subscription plans:
- Individual Agent — $15/month
- Unlimited relays (subject to fair use policy)
- E-signatures with full legal compliance
- Document storage and management
- Built-in CRM with pipeline, contacts, properties, and tasks
- Task management with templates
- Complete audit trails
- Team / Brokerage — $13/user/month (minimum 5 users)
- Everything in the Individual plan
- Team collaboration and shared data
- Branded team login page
- Role-based access (Admin and Member roles)
- Custom team logo and branding
- Priority support
