Managing Your Billing
How to manage your subscription, payment method, and billing history.
Billing Settings
Go to Settings > Billing to manage your subscription:
- View your current plan and billing cycle
- Update your payment method via the secure Stripe billing portal
- View billing history and past invoices
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Cancel your subscription
All payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. CloseRelay never stores your full credit card information.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing. After cancellation, you will have a grace period to download your documents before your account is deactivated. Executed (signed) documents and audit trails are retained as described in our Terms of Service.
