Sharing Documents

You can share documents with people outside of CloseRelay. When sharing, you can configure:

• Permission Level — Choose between View Only (recipient can only view the document) or Download Allowed (recipient can also download a copy).
• Custom Message — Add a personal message that will be included in the sharing email.
• Attach PDF — Optionally attach the PDF directly to the email instead of just sending a link.

Select multiple documents using the checkboxes, then use the bulk action toolbar to share, download, or print all selected documents at once.
