Navigating the Dashboard

Understand the dashboard layout, sidebar navigation, and key areas of the app.

Dashboard Overview

After signing in, you land on the main Dashboard. This is your command center showing a snapshot of your current activity:

  • Statistics Cards — Total relays, active relays, total documents, and pending signatures at a glance.
  • Recent Relays — Your 4 most recently updated transactions with status, progress, and key details.
  • Recent Activity — A live feed of actions across your account (documents uploaded, signatures completed, people added).
  • Quick Actions — One-click shortcuts to create a new relay, browse templates, view documents, or manage contacts.

Sidebar Navigation

The left sidebar provides access to all sections of CloseRelay:

  • Dashboard — Your home overview.
  • Relays — View and manage all your transactions.
  • Tasks — Master task list across all relays.
  • Templates — Manage document and task templates.
  • Contacts — Your unified contact directory.
  • Settings — Profile, notifications, security, and billing.
  • CRM (expandable) — Overview, Contacts, Pipeline, Properties, and Tasks.
  • Team (team admins only) — Team management and invitations.

On mobile devices, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner to open the sidebar.

Organization Switcher

If you belong to multiple teams, the organization switcher appears below the logo in the sidebar. Click it to switch between teams. Your active team determines which relays, documents, and data you see throughout the app.
